Dalchina posted the links to Easeus manual and PBD back in post #2. I looked for a Easeus Forum, but it says they have disabled it.

Yeah, sadly that didn't help. I have found this on the registry:

    EaseUS ShellFolder namespace extension

So now we know what it is, a namespace extension right?

You're poking at bits and pieces. Not, IMO, and good way to solve this problem. A suggestion, look at it and decide for yourself. Somehow you've got a botched install of Easeus. The standard uninstall option is not doing the job. Leftovers and incorrect entries in you system and registry. Easeus needs to be blown away completely, all of it. (not you backup images, the software). If you do not already have, please go get a copy of Revo Uninstaller. You can get a 30 day trial of the Pro version or get the freebie. For this, I'd suggest the Trial, because the Pro digs deeper for leftovers. Run Revo and uninstall Easeus. Reboot your machine. Re-install Easeus from the ground up. Start over.

Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems

I've also used Revo, I always use Revo.

Anyway, I just solved it. There was an entry on the registry under blocked shell extensions, and also there were two different CLSID for the same EaseUS shell extensions.

So the fix was either make all the same, or remove it from the block list, or both.

No clue of why the two different CLSIDs, because I didn't use different versions.

How can I mark the thread as solved?

    Glad you found it.

Up top on page #1 of your ((this) thread, on the left I think, is a box saying "Mark Solved".

I'm afraid I can't remember the CSLID key. I guess you or your friend could try uninstalling the app with Revo Uninstaller, then check in the registry for any trace, maybe with the help of RegScanner.

Sorry I can't be of much help
