What was the update? Do you mean a feature update (build upgrade) to 1803? Or an update other than a build upgrade? Please tell us.Yesterday I have updated windows.
Please look at your Update History (in Settings) and post a screenshot.
What is your Windows build?
Windows key + R, winver
If it was an upgrade, I guess you are saying all your problems started after that.
(You have 10 days after upgrading to 'go back to the previous build' should you wish to do so)
If you have just upgraded, then repairs like an in-place upgrade repair install would not seem to be relevant.
It is often recommended to uninstall or disable AV programs when upgrading. Perhaps something went wrong during that - if indeed that's what you did.
The error message about the Windows Firewall won't be resolved while you have a 3rd party firewall in place.
Given the several problems - basics: check your disk - Hard Disk Sentinel (trial) shows you the state of your disks very clearly. Else HD Tune, Health and Error scan tabs.
From that it seems the answer to my question as to whether you have just upgraded seems that you haven't.
Please do the disk checks as per my previous post as a matter of routine.
If those are ok, I would then suggest you do an in-place upgrade repair install
which keeps all progs and data and most settings.

Note: you could also try, purely as an experiment, uninstalling the update you received after which you noticed this problem.
