Looking for software/app advice.....

I work in the transportation industry and we have to keep a list of when and where our trucks are loading and unloading. There are 3 of us that use this information. We currently keep 3 different lists on 3 different yellow legal pads. The problem is that when one of us make a change to the list, the other 2 cannot see that change. I know that the 3 computers could be networked and a simple excel spreadsheet can be made to replace the legal pads, however we still have the same problem. Unless the other 2 close and re-open the spreadsheet they will not see any changes made. I am looking for software or an app that will offer real time updates for any changes made to the list. I have tried looking up software/app companies around Ft Smith AR ( 10 miles from our location) But every number I find has been disconnected or is no longer in service. Are there any "notepad" type of products out there to accomplish this??? Thank you in advance.

Thank you for responding, I have checked into many different Transportation softwares, some of which will accomplish what I am trying to do, but they are outrageously expensive and go much deeper into dispatching and maintenance than we want to go. But I will look through the results and see if there is something I missed before. Im looking for a realtime updating notepad kind of program that will show changes as they are made. I need it to be as simple as possible to use because I have to teach 2 computer illiterate people to use it lol

Also important to note, 2 of the computers are windows 10, and one is windows 7

I thought of that, but the spreadsheet will not update unless the other users close and re-open the spreadsheet. I am needing something that will update as it is changed without opening and closing the sheet.

Your data is on-line, so backing up is not an issue as it would be if it were on one of your PCs.

As it's an on-line spreadsheet, it has no correlation with your OS.

After you finish, the sheet is auto-saved to Onedrive where you can r-click and other 2 can get a share link and Allow editing vs View only. Then, any of the 3 can edit the sheet and just hit the Save button w/o closing.
