Apps Not Starting Fully Sometimes

Sometimes apps won't fully start, example is that Windows Store will open but only categories at the very top will show; words only. Twitter will open but will only have the bird in the middle of the screen but that again will be as far as it opens. Also sometimes it takes 2-3 tries opening an app before it completely opens and becomes usable. Any ideas on how to fix this issue so that all apps open fully on the first try or should I just deal with it and move on?

I had a similar problem, where certain apps would only run if I did a right click run as admin....e.g. reevo uninstaller.....also gpedit and msconfig typed in the search bar refused to launch......I assumed I had picked something up ( Trojan virus etc ) I used a previous restore point and all was back to normal, it’s so important I feel to create regular restore points, I have a batch file with a desktop shortcut and I run it several times a day......if you can’t use a restore point, can only suggest a thorough check with adwcleaner, maybe in safe mode......or other leading free malware cleaners.....hope this helps....
