    Using OneDrive

Due to numerous recent problems I'm finishing the setup of refreshed W10.

Question: Should I use OneDrive? I am a novice and am not at all up to speed of the Cloud computing.

    Thank you

I find OneDrive very useful for sharing files across PCs and sharing links to photo albums with friends family. I don't copy any personal data to OneDrive. You can access OneDrive from a web page or via the PC app. The app will keep a local copy of the files/folders you want to synch on your PC.

To find out more about Onedrive please feel free to search this for Onedrive
Windows 10 Tutorial Index | Windows 10 Tutorials

    - you will find a number of tutorials.

Onedrive is just one cloud storage service- some find it intrusive and annoying, some find it useful being integrated with Windows and across Windows devices.

You can even uninstall it- there's both a traditional desktop Onedrive program and a Onedrive app (from the Store).

    To consider:
    - usage of cloud services may be constrained by your upload speed.
    - the available free storage is limited. E.g. (2016 article):
Get back the 10GB of free OneDrive storage Microsoft is taking away - CNET
