Windows wont install my programs

Then click the "visit homepage" link in the left pane.

On another note my AV doesn't like it but it just installs extras like slimcleaner when you run the installer.

Installed anyway but just to test. I've used it in the past but like I said not for sound/ graphics drivers.

I've started using this instead:

Snail Driver 2 Lite Download | Windows Driver Updater by SnailDriver

But I still check if i really need the detected drivers before installing them and only install after making a system image backup.

That one is also blocked by Defender as a PUA (aka PUP)....

Like I said I've stopped using it but would only use it for scanning outdated drivers before doing some research.

EDIT:

Registry changes made on install. I rejected run on boot entry. I have not kept the software installed either.

Suggest delete your downloaded installers (setup files) then try installing the older version:

Download SlimDrivers 2.2.45206.63218 - FileHippo.com

Move downloaded file to desktop then right click it and choose "run as administrator"

See it that works.

It's still the same message. Also, im not really looking for any other programs, besides slimdrivers.

Do you have UAC off? I found it generated a UAC prompt.
I didn't have to run as admin specifically (I'm logged in as admin) and didn't need to use compatibility mode.

I'm using build 1709 and Avast AV (not Defender) as you can see from my specs.

Note that by default it's set to run at startup; you can disable that via its options.

Yes, i know that you have to click decline when it asks to install slimcleaner. I have uac disabled, but i still get the same message.

Suggest you enable UAC. (I had it enabled). Note - I don't use Windows Defender.

Is your Windows 32 bits, and the program 64 bits? That would give this message too.
