New Feature: How do I get Rid of It?

I've noticed a new feature that has just been shoved in my face by MS. Now, when I log on, I get this popup from Hotmail:

I'd like to get rid of it, but how?

One method: the 3-finger salute, Ctrl+Alt+Del, or right-click the Taskbar to open Task Manager, check the Startup tab to check if there, right-click the Enable and Disable it.

Is that Hotmail or the new Steam chat?

@Sheltieuk Try this. In the chat window that opens, click the cog wheel at the top of the window. Turn Compact friends list & chat view off.

Sorry sheltieuk, I thought you were asking the question. My bad.

It's a Steam Chat Client, he has to have Steam installed. It just started the auto pop up with a Steam update.
