Cant Disable Windows Mail/Calendar with Group Policy Editor?

I am using the Group Policy Editor to disable Windows Mail and Windows Calendar.

However, both programs are still available. Is the GP Editor completely worthless?

They a designed to sink devices that run the os or otherwise connect. I agree it would be nice if we could have the option to configure. I personally am ready to go back to windows 7 or 8.1.. I guess WE could log in with a Local account and just never use these apps, or maybe if we keep trying someone will figure out a way to uninstall what we want to...
