Unable to Download Windows Store Purchase

I asked this on Microsoft Community but haven' gotten a response.
I purchased a new laptop.
I then purchased a game but misspelled my last name.
I was able to correct the misspelling but still can't find a way to download my purchase.

Am I missing something?

Does this item show in your purchases for your account?

Are you logged in the store under the same id.

Click on Payments and billing and finally on Purchases.

When you download do your get an error message, does it start an die.

Might help some members help you if we understood.
