Excuse me, I don't understand your post!
Excuse me, I don't understand your post!
Ten Forums has rules regarding piracy/crack.
Please remove any pirated software or tools to bypass the activation of software.
For example:
Avira license
Malwarebytes license
etc.
I still do not understand as I do not use those softwares!
This link has several illegal entries in the hosts file.
Got any Idea what is going on? - Page 2 - Windows 10 Forums
On the computer that you are using there is a similar entry.
I purchased this computer as refurbished, so I do not know they are there.
I can delete them, they are no use to me.
1) After the piracy is cleaned we can restart the troubleshooting.
2) List all of the antivirus software on the computer (automatic and manual).
3) Run these and post reports and images of the results into the thread:
Free Virus Scan | Online Virus Scan from ESET ESET
SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!
4) After the above steps run the beta log collector and post a new zip into the thread.
Anti-virus Software - Windows Defender, Trojan Remover
Could not run Eset, see attachment
Attached SuperAntiSpyware scan and Windows Defender Scan and new log collector.DESKTOP (2018-07-18 17 25).zip
Hope these are acceptable.
1) Please clean iorbit and all of the other hosts entries so that there is no piracy or licensing problems.
There was corruption noted in the logs.
And there were entries related to the drive.
A clean install with a restoration may be needed to fix the corruption if it cannot be fixed using scannow, restorehealth, and or in place upgrade repair.
2) Then run HD Tune: (free edition) (on each drive)
https://www.hdtune.com/
Post images into the thread for results on these tabs:
a) Health (SMART)
b) Benchmark
c) Full error scan
3) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
4) sfc /scannow
5) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
6) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread
7) chkdsk /r /v
Run this command on each partition/drive.
Use the syntax: chkdsk /r /v C: or chkdsk /r /v D: and change the drive letter to the applicable partition / drive
This may take many hours so plan to run overnight.
C:\Windows\system32>chkdsk /r /v c:
The type of the file system is NTFS.
Cannot lock current drive.
Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)
Type: Y
reboot
8) Use the text and images in this link to find the chkdsk reports in the event viewer > copy and paste to notepad > post one drive or drop box share links into the thread:

Nothing found by any of these - also the same results I had previously. I do not intend to upload negative results, sorry.
As I said previously I believe it is something to do with security rights, writing writes, to the necessary folders that the store uses.
If you feel that you cannot help further, so be it, and thank you for trying.
Reboot the computer into safe mode using shift + restart.
Open the windows advanced troubleshooting menu > click system restore > see if you can perform a system restore from safe mode.
If the above fails see if you can use safe mode to create a brand new restore point.
