    Cannot delete Windows Apps files

Attached is a list of Windows apps files I moved to a user folder on my system. I am unable to delete the folder containing these files even after I take ownership. I have long cleaned up my system of the store and windows 10 apps.

Any idea how I could delete these files?

    Suggested options for undeletable items:
    1. Delete when Windows is not running
    a. from a command prompt via SHIFT + left click Restart and navigate to a command prompt
    - if you are very confident in using it.
    b. boot your system from a boot disk such as Kyhi's availabel from the top of the Software and Apps section. Familiar file explorer

    2. Use a 3rd party utility which can be set to delete on reboot (outside Windows).
    e.g.
    EMCO Moveonboot
    Fileassassin (files only)

Note: radical steps to remove all those saves relatively little space.
Much safer to use the tutorials here to remove unwanted apps using Powershell.

I am well aware of deleting files when Windows is not running. I was hoping for a way to do it from within Windows.
It is rather strange that these files could be moved, but not deleted.

Even stranger is that I had already deleted the apps with a Powershell script a long time ago. It surprised me that these files still exist and I can't delete them.

Thank you for your reply. It would have helped had you specified you did not want that solution.

Thanks for trying to help out, sorry I did not make that clear.

BTW: I managed to delete the files from within Windows: it turned out that one of the subfolders was read-only and required to be specifically set as readable.

As long as I have you hear: there is also a LOGS folder on the C:drive as far as I can tell it's not necessary. It is deletable. Do you know s it OK to delete it?

Thanks; well, for what it's worth.. I don't have a Logs folder there.. worth having a look inside - you might discover what created it.

It looks like it has to do with apps, the store and other Win10 bloatware. I have already cleaned the system of the store and apps, so I doubt the logs have any function.
