I see icon in system tray (when browser monitoring is enabled and applied) plus cleanup notifications.
Maybe reset notification area icons?

That seemed to do the trick, thanks Callender. That’s powerful software, very informative, pop-up notification looked good.
I checked CCleaner after using HDClean & the cookies were still showing, checking again under HDClean & manually cleaning the result stated ‘to be cleaned’ even though I’d chosen to clean (right side button), that didn’t seem right.
I’m wondering if the 1803 or a later CU has changed how cookies are stored & this is affecting CCleaner.
Try turning off CC browser monitoring. I don't know why it would be enabled as you're running Malwarebytes Pro and WD there could be some kind of a conflict there. What your seeing after a clean could possibly be CC's active monitoring cache?

I've been testing CCleaner further & the cookies CCleaner wasn't cleaning were for Bing but it is cleaning any other cookies.
I disabled cookie cleaning to see what appeared & there were several, turning browser monitoring back on & cleaning removed these cookies apart from the Bing ones.
Possibly this is the same for HDClean.

The one you see in my post above was quoted from Callender's post; I've now corrected the quote.
This is my advanced settings page:
Thanks, I’d added the bing cookie to the keep section as a test, previous to that is was over on the left/clean side but the cookie was never removed.
