This App Can't Run on Your PC

After trying to install am admittedly sketchy program, all of my applications won't open normally and read "This app can't run on your pc". Only a select number of stock windows apps run normally. I can get most applications to open by selecting "run as administrator", but some functions within the control panel are inaccessible, like user account control settings for example. I have tried to fix this with every method I could find, including a full system scan and virus removal, and creating a new administrator account. I have norton antivirus installed, which I believe could have set off these issues, possibly not even the program itself.

Hi, have you tried System Restore? Do you have a restore point you can use? - Will only be available if you specifically enabled System Restore since your last Win 10 build upgrade.

Failing that, do you use disk imaging as we so often recommend? (E.g. Macrium Reflect (free) + external storage for images). Having a disk image means you can restore your PC to a previous working state quite quickly and hopefully without technical support.

10 Home or Pro, its not 10S is it? Your PC or company supplied PC? Who installed Windows on it?
