Is there any way to make the powershell output less spammy?

Bump to the above question (all the red error messages covering the entire screen).

Also, is there any way to uninstall all BUT specific apps (more than one) with one powershell command?

Because running this from cmd doesn't work, and throws an error something something value expression following -notlike.
    Code:
    powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass "Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers | where-object {$_.name –notlike “*calc*”} | Remove-AppxPackage"

Actually, NONE of the more complicated commands work when trying to run them from command line instead of the powershell interface.

    For example,
    Code:
powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass "Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}"
    throws this error
    Code:
Add-AppxPackage : A positional parameter cannot be found that accepts argument '\AppXManifest.xml'.
    At line:1 char:37
    + ... s| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $($_.In ...
    + ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
        + CategoryInfo : InvalidArgument: (:) [Add-AppxPackage], ParameterBindingException
