launching app on non admin account without entering admin password

I have at startup programs which require to enter administrator password for each, (i am on non admin account), i want to start them without entering administrator password everytime.

i tried this solution from latest post using task sheduler
How to allow a user to run a program without admin password

    And this using runas
boot - run program at startup without entering administrator password - Super User

In both cases cmd flashes so quickly that even from video moving frame to frame i cannot see error message, or what it says.
And i found how to keep cmd open only for cmd or batch files, not when launching from shortcut

I tried yet ruas option launched in bat file and it says /savecred not recognized as internal or external command.

    Hello empleat,

If you like, you could use the method in the tutorial below to create an elevated shortcut to run the program elevated without getting a UAC prompt, and then place the elevated shortcut in your "Startup" folder to have it run elevated at startup.

I have a problem, read all steps slow and very carefully and i have same problem.
CMD flashes like for 50 ms and program won't start.
I recorded screen and moved frame by frame and there is no message, cmd is empty.

It looks like something from the program wanting to be activated.

UAC can be annoying, but it is a good security feature that helps alert you when anything (ex: malware) wants to run with elevated rights. Otherwise, you may never know, and be able to say Yes or No to approve.

Ye, i read about it, programs unfortunatelly cannot launched without uac, if don't want compromise security.

Today i started pc and i am not getting that window anymore: "free for private use..." which is nice.

I am think about autohotkey to automatically click on yes when uac pops out, but it depends, i don't think it is constant.

There can be delay for some reason, will see.

I communicated with creator of that program and he sent me licenced version for me which solved, that window poping out, so now i can run programs on normal accout as administrator.
