    Spotlight not working


    Windows 10 v1803 17134.81 Spotlight is not working after installing IOBit StartMenu 8.

    Is there a way where I can get Spotlight working?

    Try this tutorial...

    Reset and Re-register Windows Spotlight in Windows 10

    It has worked for me in the past when Spotlight has stopped working. Having said that, it hasn't stopped since I updated to 1803 (it regularly broke in 1709). If that doesn't fix it, you may need to uninstall StartMenu 8.

    Still having the same problem after following what you mentioned. Have to skip the use of StartMenu 8 if the developer came come up with a fix.

    Anyway, thanks for help.

in the fall creators update, i do not get any image on the lock screen when first booting up in the morning. it is just a blue screen with the date and time. but once logged in, if i hit windows key and L, i get a picture (and asking if i like it)....

Hi there, i have win 10 Pro 64bit - last build - Ver. 1511 - 10586.3 For some reason Windows spotlight is not working for me - when i am in Settings -> Personalization -> Lock Screen. As shown in the Picture: 48753
