I feel like I have tried everything under the sun that I have found online to reinstall Windows Store with no success. WAAAYYYY to much to even try to find again and list. I tried creating a new user account and even that didn't have the Store. Hopefully someone in their great wisdom will know of a solution.
Presumably you've tried the commands here:

(you can search it for 'store').
If all else fails, try an in-place upgrade repair install which keeps all progs and data.

What is your Windows build? If 1709 or earlier, you could upgrade to 1803, assuming that works for you- some have had problems.
(Windows key + R, winver).
How did you lose it?

Have you tried to reset Windows Store? Hit Win + R and type in "wsreset.exe". that may solve your problem.
Is there a way to uninstall windows store?

If all attempts at fixes fail, you can always try an Inplace Repair of Windows. Cures a lot of ills.

wsreset.exe doesn't work, reinstalling and register apps partially works but most fail says is missing C:\AppXManifest.xml, I'm on 1803 build so dunno if the inplace upgrade repair will work.
BTW I think this is the script that killed my store.
