Windows 10: Lost Windows Store Solved

    So, okay. It cannot be uninstalled. But it seems odd that I'm forced to retain this clutter-ware ... especially after having removed all of the other unwanted junk that came with this computer.

    Simple, you can't get to Store apps to install if you can't get to the Store. Yes, there are some Powershell commands and non-MS repositories, but basically that's what I meant. I can't speak to why MS makes certain apps mandatory, including the Store App itself, it just is what it is.

    OK, now I understand. It's not a "portal to all other apps". It's just a "store" where you can get apps ... and it's a store that I never use.
