Came across this app the other day and was curious what if any opinion you all had of this software. Actually I am more interested in if there is a "video" equivalent app that does the same thing for video ie. measure possible video latency problems. TIA.

Hi, if you search this forum for 'stutter' or 'latencymon' or 'resplendence' you will find examples of threads where people have used this. Seems relevant to both audio and video, although granted it's described in the context of the former.
