Windows 10: Mobile plans app

    Mobile plans app

Don't use the mobile plans app but I notice it seems to frequently update on our PCs without increasing in version number. Anyone else see the same? Don't really understand the app and what it achieves, not sure it has any business being on a PC installation of Windows 10.

    Stated purpose:
"The Mobile Plans app helps you get online easily and in more places on your Windows 10 PC. Sign up for a data plan and connect with mobile operators in your area. You will need a supported SIM card." yes.. I suppose I guessed that.

Thanks. Am not bothered about leaving the app alone. Just not sure if store is glitching constantly pushing an app update for mobile plans and never seeming to increase in version number. Maybe plans are being added so they kind of update the app frequently without changing its version
