    Hi folks

    all those type of programs these days are just snake oil.

    safest way is simply image system before installing any thing that doesn't have proper uninstaller and restore system if the installed application(s) don't work properly or are no longer needed.

    Imaging a system -- only have OS + pgms on the "C" drive / partition shouldn't take very long either.

    Free Macrium or similar can be used to take system backups / images.

    Snake oil or not - like to test and compare. Running on 18262 and have had no problems just using the 'auto' side of cleaning using this software. Haven't delved further much but it looks as if it might have some very interesting tools available. Macrium is a 'second nature' app on these platforms - or should be
