    Hi monP.

I'll bet your english is way better than my hebrew so I need your help. What is the app called that got installed that you haven't seen before.

I searched this term in google

Photoshop can't save files insufficient ram

and there all sorts of hits on various Adobe products spanning years. It might be an idea for you to revert to an older build of Windows 10 and report the issue to Adobe. They might even already have a patch / hotfix.

Some Adobe products will have issues if you have turned off (set to 0) your Virtual Memory / Paging File. It's tempting to do if you have lots of RAM and want to save wear and tear on your SSD. << I'm not saying that's wise or unwise, just that people do it for that reason.

Saving a file to your user folder from a non-Microsoft app may be blocked by Controlled Folder Access if you have it turned on. You may need to add php to the list of allowed apps before you are allowed to save there. Often the error message an app give when being blocked is not entirely accurate. The 'insufficient RAM' may just be a misinterpretation of the error, and should actually say 'access denied'. Check your controlled folder settings, these are a part of the Defender Security Centre, but nothing to do with whether or not you use Defender as your AV.

I can't read Hebrew, but I can see just from the icons that you are looking at the wrong page in the Windows Defender Security Centre.

The page you want is found in Virus & threat Protection.

Click on Ransomware Protection, you should see this. Here you can turn off controlled folder access, or add apps to the permitted list.
