What build does Winver say are you on?

The KB4284835 update of 12 June (17134.112) fixed it for some but not all of us, it didn't fix it for me. KB4284848, the update to 17134.137 fixed it for me. The latest CU was out on Tuesday.
    Cumulative Update KB4338819 Windows 10 v1803 Build 17134.165 - July 10 - Windows 10 Forums
Check for updates and it will take you to 17134.165. That is likely to fix it for you.
