Another update of the Store. And now seems finally fixed.

Fingers crossed the update works for those having issues. The store app and modern apps is the buggiest and most unpredictable part of windows 10 in my experiences for the last few years. I guess the fact they had to update the store app so soon after the last one in midweek shows MS QA is sadly lacking or just doesn’t happen. Do the software engineers actually use their own product because if they did then surely half the stuff MS pushes down the pipe would be stopped before it wreaks havoc on the public.
Okay then all, I'm fairly satisfied that this has been resolved, although I apologise for not being able to be more active.

I update my lenovo Y580 to Win 10 1803 and it stuck in Acquiring license in the store .
I clean the windows installation with same result.
Then add a new user, same result.
Then I recovery the laptop with the original dvd (win 7), and then upgrade to win 1803, same result.
But then i found that a user account was not upgraded, and some service was not loading (shows in event view), so I follow up all the steps to recover the process, then i could pass the Acquiring license, but fails to install..
This problem with the ‘get’ button doing nothing seems to be back. Am experiencing it this morning on all our machines and for all our different user accounts in the family this morning. Signing out and back into store plus restarting machines didn’t help. Wonder how long this has been an issue as it’s the first time in months we’ve tried to ‘get’ any new apps
from the store
