    Because I hate it. :) I l love minimalism in Windows so I'm removing all crap that I don't use.

    Seems to me mspaint.exe is quite minimalistic.
    Removing paint is like trying to remove wordpad.

    You might bork your system if certain actions depend on it.
    You would have to change permissions and try to override "TrustedInstaller"
    Not a good idea.
