I need a program to scroll pdf files with

Im looking for a simple and easy to use program that can show pdf files. Specifically, im looking for a program that can scroll through pdf files in a folder, similar to using the arrow keys in windows photo viewer to scroll through pictures in a folder. I want to do the same thing basically, just with pdf files instead.

Solved, sumatra can browse through pdf files by clicking control, shift plus the arrow keys.

    Hello Cerawy, :)

You might give Nitro Free PDF Reader and/or Foxit Reader a play with to see if either may meet your needs.

You could use the Preview Pane in Explorer...

    Cerawy,

For Foxit Reader & probably others, you can manually open all the pdf files in a folder from File explorer and use your Taskbar as your means of moving between them [with Foxit set up to allow "multiple instances"] or you can open all the files and have them appearing as tabs within the application [with Foxit set up to disallow "multiple instances"].

Foxit can also search through whole folders & their subfolders then show you search results in a tree-like manner. The files are then opened as you select them in the search results. This can also be a very effective method for moving between multiple files.

It says theres no examples to show in the preview pane. If i use foxit reader, it will show a logo instead.

Well nitro seems to require a user account to download, and foxit reader hangs during installation.

Sumatra PDF (the one im using right now) installs pretty much instantly.

I managed to get foxit reader installed though, but i couldnt find any options to browse through PDF files.

You should also be really careful when installing foxit reader, as it asks you to install various other programs as well.

Yes i know, but this is a bad idea because i got hundreds of PDF files, so it will become a mess. I just want an option to browse through the PDF files in my folder using the arrow keys, the same way as i browse through the pictures in my folder with pictures.

Maybe just use Sage Thumbs along with Ghostscript plugin then. Ghostscript also works with Irfanview if you already have it.

    Ghostscript 32bit for 32bit softwares: http://sourceforge.net/projects/ghos...2.exe/download

    Ghostscript 64bit for 64bit softwares:

    Sage Thumbs:

    SageThumbs download | SourceForge.net

Irfanview (need Ghostscript installed for pdf's.

Take a look at Free gaaiho Reader that includes
a pdf browser and most of the other things you'll need
Gaaiho | Free, Sleek and Powerful PDF Reader

To be totally honest I use Nitro 5 and and the windows File mangler in Large or extra large icon mode which gives enough visual cues to recognise the documents

I use PDFX-Change Editor Plus. It includes PDFX-Change Lite printer.
You can also get the portable edition.
I am very happy with it!
