I use PDFX-Change Editor Plus. It includes PDFX-Change Lite printer.
You can also get the portable edition.
I am very happy with it!

I just downloaded and installed it.

So how do you scroll through pdf files in a folder?

    Its a very confusing program.

@Callender what im looking for is a simple solution, with just one program to be installed.
Sorry for some reason I totally missed this

Reader4 has an option called PDF manager that searches your hard drive(s) and creates a database of all PDF files that can be browsed and then read as needed ...

    Hi!
On the top right corner of the tabs bar there is a sign "+" Clicking on it opens a window where you can browse and search folders containing pdf files.
The last program version comes with the ribbon interface by default. I find it a bit confusing too, since I was used to the old interface. You can switch to the latter clicking on the icon on the top right corner (the one with the cogwheel) next to the full screen icon. Try and experiment to see which one suits you better!
I hope this little piece of advice would be useful, since it is -IMHO- a powerful and cheap (I guess is less than 60 €) program.

How about just using a web browser?

I do understand what you want. A program to flip through PDF files in the same way that you can flip through images in windows photo viewer. Correct me if that is wrong.

Personally I'd just load PDF's in tabs in a PDF Viewer. (Open folder then select all PDF's inside the folder)

I cant seem to figure out how to get this program to work. I have downloaded and installed it, and it asks me to try it for free, and clicking yes opens a website telling me to download it again?

It seems to ask me to open my pdf files if i click on the + button. If i open all of them, it will create a tab for each pdf file, so i have to click control and tab simutaniously to browse through the pdf files.

It isnt quite what i want.

I think you are downloading the complete suite Which is a trial of the complete system, rather than the free Reader 4

The following link will directly download the correct installer file ... ...

Gaaiho PDF│Expertly Create, Edit, Secure and Annotate PDF

This link is to the page that actually contains the above link if you prefer to go that way

Gaaiho | Free, Sleek and Powerful PDF Reader click on the download link on the right of the page

If you get an option to try the full suite just decline the offer and the reader should install run and start to search your system displaying each PDF as a thumbnail as it finds it

    Sorry for the late response.

I downloaded the program, but i dont see any options to browse through files using the arrow keys.

The layout is a bit confusing.

    Try Seer. It's portable.

    https://sourceforge.net/projects/ccseer/

Place your pdf's in one folder. Launch Seer and open the folder containing pdf's via explorer. Highlight a pdf document and press the space bar to view. Use Up / Down arrows to scroll through pdf's but they may take a few seconds to load if containing multiple pages.
