    I can only find tabbed PDF browsing (each opens in a new tab) but nothing that opens and flips through each PDF sequentially.
    Browsing through PDF's that are 1 or 2 pages long, fine, but, if the PDF's are 100's of pages long, you have to scroll or use the Preview Pane arrow icons...

    Well here is PDF browsing through either pages in a document or browsing by opening documents in sequence in a folder but only capable of viewing and not editing. It's Irfanview with Ghostscript.
