The new notebook has (2) drives:
1. Samsung 960 EVO 250GB NVMe M.2 SSD
2. WD Black 7200 RPM 1TB

Alan, where do you intend to put this Data Partition? I read back, and if I missed it, I apologize. If it's going on the SSD, use Macrium solution. If it's going on the HDD WD, just copy it with Explorer.
Edit: I see it now, your specs are part of your signature, I didn't notice that before. Sorry. You can add a second set of system specs. TC

In the end... simply pursueing a data partition IMAGE COPY became so time consuming...
I simply copied my DATA PARTITION FOLDERS to a 32 GB 3.0 USB stick...
and pasted them to the DATA PARTITION on the new PowerSpec 1510 notebook.
Not the fastest or most elegant solution... but it got the job done.
