removal procedure for free pdf converter?

Uninstall it in the normal way. Please explain the difficulty.

Which program is it? Please define.

Is it a desktop program or an app from the store?

The procedure is quite different for both.

E.g. Desktop programs downloaded and installde from the internet:
- may have an uninstall shortcut in the Start Menu
- can be uninstalled via Settings or the Control Panel
- can be uninstalled using tools like Revo Uninstaller if you have problems.

This appears to be some sort of online tool...

What do you think is installed?

Then you need to decide which browser you are using and act accordingly using e.g. Tools, Options etc.. research how to remove toolbars from that browser.

Mmmm! Malwarebytes doesn't like that link although Virus Total gives it a clean bill of health.

You should be able to remove it with either of these:

Geek Uninstaller - the best FREE uninstaller

Download HiBit Uninstaller - MajorGeeks

If it's a Toolbar add-on in the browser, AdwCleaner will remove them.
Toolbar addons do not show up as installed programs.
