Just an FYI. If you ever use APF again have a backup in place first. One that you can also mount in explorer and browse for files.

Then choose not to keep any data when running a fix. You can...

Look for the site that's in your screenshot. (at the top of the image).

Then revoke/ reset permissions or else block it.

So identify the site in notifications that is sending them then block it or remove it.

That looks like "Classic Shell" to me. If so remove it and replace with Open Shell. Open Shell is old and likely buggy if used in Windows 10.
