Those are USB to Serial COM Ports.... So it would appear you would need to connect the serial adapter to the USB port in order to use the Laser...
Your issue is because you are not allowing the updates and forcing a restart... restart and go to bed....
Check for updates, restart and go to bed.. Until there are no more updates..

My first comment will be to ask - Why does the OS partition use 194GB ??
When a Normal OS Partition is about 1/4 of that....
You must have a lot of "Data" withing that partition, Which should be...

You may want to edit a few files after First Boot, else they will run every boot...
Then normally you would add the missing or required system file to your Application Plugin....
Almost App for App the same as XPE - just uses different %variables% & Pebakery as the builder - reminds me of "ChrisPE" when XPE first became stable

For most Applications - you just need to edit the program version Box and hit the "U" button - they will update themselves....
That switch back is caused by the "OEM Display Driver" being loaded.... If your Display works without the need for the OEM driver, then don't install it.... Since the OS is loaded into memory - WinPE...
Try adding > Build Core / Network Additions & Components / Remote Desktop
Try editing the Pecmd.iini to preset the resolution
Ask the Admin @ TheOven why he Hijacked the Project and Banned or Berated all the Win10XPE Developers....
