Had a pc repair man come to my place, tried a lot of bootable usbs out.
When they didn't work he tried disconnecting both SSD and HDD.

A friend contacted someone in their family that knows their pc stuff. Long story short they're sending me a usb that definitely boots.
Ill update when it gets here.

When i press f11 on restart I see a small menu that will let me enter bios or boot up the usb.

I have done this several times, f11 brings up my bios.
As well as set from bios to have the system boot from the usb.

I can confirm the does show as a bootable in the bios.
Just to be sure i tried the system without the usb and with.
I don't remember seeing any + marks though.

Sadly i have lost the disc, and i am massively regretting to not making backup discs..
As for the turn off 3 times to get into winRE, it won't let me.
