I am not sure if this is the correct way, but I did it trying to find out if I was on Insider Program.......

Settings > Update & Security > left side, Windows Insider Program > right side, click...

I asked the same question, steve108 says "no".

The tutorial is outdated. Cannot follow the steps as described ( no Advanced option ). Site Permissions is the one I needed. Found the damn allowlucks.com....

Defender full scan, both On and Off line do not fix the issue.

Same issue with Edge and IE.

Was using Edge.
Now switched to IE as default.
Will see.

While the Full Scan is running, I have turned off Notification alerts completely. That stops the disgusting annoyance. For now.

I did a quick scan earlier.
I am now doing a Full Scan with Windows Defender in Windows Security.

Everything search tool does not find allowlucks.com.

Back to square one.
