Dell was unable to find problems with the SSD.
There were few problems related to the SSD in the logs.
There were chkdsk findings that were fixed and restored.
There were no paging or bad blocks...
The bugcheck was 7E.
The misbehaving driver was a recurrent misbehaving hardware driver:
Intel GPU drivers: Igdkmd64.sys IGFX
Consider finding hardware to swap to check the CPU/GPU or replace....
Another step that can be done to further distinguish software from hardware problems:
consider using the computer in safe mode for 5 to 7 days and see if there is a crash
There were two memory dumps debugged.
There was one recurrent misbehaving hardware driver:
Intel GPU: Igdkmd.sys or Igfx
The GPU hardware has crashed with different drivers and the GPU hardware...
What method is being used to restore after each clean install?
Which software?
Image or clone?
When verifier /reset was used what did you see?
See if you can customize using three tests first by removing IRP logging and adding any of the other tests.
Then see if you can remove I/o requests...
Whenever there is a BSOD please post:
a) beta log collector zip
b) memory.dmp
The windows verifier tool works in producing BSOD.
The problems that you had reported in the thread was turning off...
When using Windows driver verifier the customized settings can be modified.
Start out with the settings in the second link.
All non-windows drivers will be tested simultaneously.

Had you made a Macrium backup image?
Macrium has a boot rescue which can be tried however it is not likely to turn off Windows driver verifier.
There are troubleshooting steps using command prompt....
1) make sure that you make a brand new restore point
2) and make sure that you have a backup image (Macrium, Aoemi, Acronis, Paragon, EaseUS, etc)
