Some findings including the failed update:

a) two unexpected shutdowns and restarts without BSOD

b) out of date BIOS

c) AMD GPU hang

When available update the progress with each step in post #5.

The raw value disappeared or zeroed and there is no category displaying an increase?

Two different drives compared to one another may display the same results.
(There is no method to see that one...

The value moved from 2 > 0.
Current and worst did not change.

Which value increased or was supposed to increase?

Was it only resetting to zero?
