Only way I've found is a workaround where you wake your computer up with the keyboard or mouse. As long as you don't wake it up with the power button it should go to sleep with the power button.

I don't believe reinstalling Windows will fix the issue. I did a clean install and my computer still has the issue. I think this is an issue Microsoft will have to fix.
