I have same/similar issue with my 1070 after upgrade from build 14393 to 15603. i tested several things remove/disable DDU/Drviers/DVR/Game Mode/After burner/RTSS. they did not fix my issue. it seems...

In build 14393 I don't have any problem. it may caused by upgraded. it seems to try clean install build 15063.

Hi, Currently i upgraded from version 1607 to build 15063. in games like bf1 in full screen fps cap to 60 and game has fps drop and lag. i disabled all game bar/dvr recording but nothing changed....
