Yes, it is still under warranty, just built a new pc.
Well, the strange thing is that everything runs fine, without any issues. Also, I can actually see the motherboard temperatures and everything...
Completely forgot about this.
I just cleared the CMOS via jumper method, but no luck. Still can't see motherboard temperatures on any software. Nothing really changed, just reset my BIOS settings.
I already have some decent monitor heaphones. I was looking to get an audio card to fix my issue with not working microphone with my exiting integrated audio card not to upgrade any sound quality.
Yes, but all 3 methods do the same trick - resets the BIOS/Clears CMOS. Couldn't I just do the #1 by going into BIOS itself and resetting it? Or by removing the battery and clearing the CMOS that way...
Oh, sorry, yes I misunderstood then. Alright I'll try it then, tho I would need to remove gpu in order to get to that 3v battery. And in your #8 post you said , what kind of power button? Is there a...
Wait, then I guess I'll skip the ClearCMOS/CLRTC procedure and do the CPU reset only as I don't want to reset/resintall my OS. And that CPU reset wouldn't do anything such like, it's safe to do?...
Hm, you're saying this about CPU, but I can see my CPU temperatures. I can't see the motherboard/cpu socket temperatures. Or I didn't quite get it right (will that CPU reset work for resetting cpu...
So you're maybe suggesting I should add little bit more $ and get a sound card instead of that little, crappy usb adapter? I was actually going to get one with my original pc build, but I had to cut...
Check the picture I linked in original post of UEFI H/W monitor, it's working fine there.
Nope, didn't perform any stress tests. I haven't received other temperature spikes or performance issues...
I've not yet bought it. Would some 2eur cheap adapter from ebay work or should I get better quality one? Don't want to spend too much to later see it not working.
So using this adapter would...
If the sensor is faulty, would it not show in UEFI also (which I can see it in there)? Or UEFI uses some other direct sensor?
Plus it was working just fine, prior to the mentioned render. The mobo...

It is, volume is at 100%, tried different boosts, still doesn't pick up any sound [only weird static noise when at max boost]. I've literally checked every forum regarding this issue, tried...
I tried 'Disable front panel jack detection' which was the only option I had and it stopped giving this 126766
popup each time I plugged in front panel, but it didn't fix my issue with not working...
Already tried with HWMonitor ^
Downloaded Speedfan, but it's not quite user friendly, it even displays wrong CPU temperatures comparing to the other 2 programs. And can't see any cpu...
You got something wrong. That's not the picture I posted :D
Yes, it's on pc not laptop. And it's HD Audio front port also.
Any idea what could have gone wrong?
The only option when I click it is this - http://image.prntscr.com/image/034c3766424741e1803e49f4bf19cd42.png
I was rendering video when I noticed that in Speccy my Motherboard (CPUSocket) temperature was ridiculously high (90C), I turned my pc off to check those temps in UEFI and there it was only ~30C so...
I have about the same issue, but with microphone. Tried different drivers and everything, but still nothing.
Where exactly did you find that option to disable auto-detect connected devices? I...
