    You might try going to settings/apps and remove...

    You might try going to settings/apps and remove the Feedback Hub. Then restart and when the Desktop appears go to The Store and re install it.

    Follow the instructions in the images when you get to the 2nd part click on Get Started and then choose Fast Ring/Restart
