Called microsoft!!! level one, deleted a bunch of files, removed all usb stuff except keyboard.
hardwired in the on the net, nothing he tried worked, now working on the refresh/reinstall & waiting...

Thanks, I tried it and nothing happens, almost like the keyboard is not working, but when I hold shift & restart it puts me in troubleshoot area, but when I hit network safe mode I can't get on line...

Thanks, that got me into safe mode!
Now the root issue, I cannot solve.
I rolled back the latest windows update, but the
Login screen still does not appear.
At A loss here.:think:

Rolled back the windows update from Mar 16 2017 and still the log in screen does not appear.

Running a Dell all in on 27" with windows 10 pro. Intel i7
The machine turns on but the login screen does not appear.
Tried rebooting, tried shutting down 3 x's to get to safe mode, nothing works....
