Installed new Motherboard/Processor/RAM and BSOD's have gone away.

I would really like an expert opinion before I spend $400 on a new motherboard/processor/RAM.

I also ran memtest for 24 hours, made 19 passes (3 iterations) with no errors...

So I ran memtest86 last night and I've attached the results below. It doesn't look like it had any errors, but the first time I ran it it pil;ed up 30k errors and then halted due to an unknown CPU0...

...and I just noticed Windows reinstalled my graphics driver, which I thought I turned off...

So far I've seen at least the following BSODs:
Pool corruption in file area
IRQL not less or equal
System Thread Exception Not Handled
