I'm guessing there should be some way to use Dism.exe.. unfortunately, I don't have much experience with it and don't know if you can point to to a single file.. I'll be testing some commands.
I had the same problem, in the end I did Win10 to Win10 upgrade with the MediaCreation tool. It's pretty painless process as it kept all my settings and programs. DISM and SFC didn't find any...
Out of habit I ran SFC scan after finishing Win10 upgrade & Windows Updates and found out that
MicrosoftEdgeSquare44x44.scale-125_contrast-white.png is corrupted.
