BSOD updating to 1607, sfc/scannow corrupt files, Inaccessible Boot De - - Windows 10 Forums
Hey again!
So, I can't find an errorcode. Maybe that just means that I don't know where to look, though.
So, I tried it with a wired keyboard, and kept the motherboard monitor and the HDD...

Well, I've got good news and bad news.
Bad news is that the update still didn't work, and there's no new dumpfiles. I uninstalled Bluetooth as a device, and uninstalled Sandboxie.
Good news is...
Alright: I used the Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant this time. That one didn't work.
Yeah—I mean, I tried using the Media Creation Tool, and I tried something else (a raw ISO of the anniversary edition, I believe?) to do it.
I can try doing that again, though, if you'd like.

Turns out that I'm still ignorant enough a person to forget that "updating my drivers" involves more than just going through Device Manager and telling Windows...

TL;DR—BSOD, "INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE" when updating to 1607. Restored from backup and tried again. Ran chkdsk. sfc /scannow fails...
