They were after this guy for a long time. I don't know whether I believe he committed suicide, He was a bit bizarre but whether he was right or not isn't for me to judge
I would do what Navylcdr suggested because I have the samething as you windows 8 pro retail license keys and they work whenever I do clean installment of 10, just do a clean 10 install and enter...
And Microsoft even sold W 8 Pro retail for $15 Canadian dollars when it came out
Well, if that were true having a computer with windows installed would be the least of the person problem. I'll go on a limb and say Keith doesn't have that problem
Don't even waste your time with what you got from the box, the only thing you really need is the license keys, afterwards just use the latest version from Microsoft website. I think they shouldn't...
You're right and I never did say it would either. We are talking about loading from the bios ( live Linux USB flash drive ) not from the hard drive. If he can't load from the bios there something...
You might also want to try to set your bios to default and see if that helps
Do you even know what operating system originally came with laptop, xp? I'm thinking you're right dalchina. drivemax hmmm. I with you on this laptop doesn't have support for 10. I'm curious to know...
I was looking at that as well and it why I said the 10 drivers are more update than what he can use and you are probably right. He doesn't even have the options to use 7 or 8.1 drivers, to old
Windows 10 generic drivers are probably more update than those you have listed. Did you do a clean reinstallment of windows 10? Because again the generic drivers that come with 10 should have worked
You are entering the model number I said to enter the serial number and see if it show anything
Try going to this site and enter your serial number see if it show then
Drivers & Software Support | Dynabook
Can you take a snap shop where you see the model number and posted here
Where did you buy this laptop from, which country? Toshiba website should have the drivers for it, the chipset is the one I believe you would need
If you're talking about from the site SIW2 posted, Yes... I would imagine if you were to buy the home version but for 5 bucks more you can have the pro version or at least I believe you still can....
If you use what NavyLCDR mention ( ShowKeysPlus ) for those license keys SIW2 posted they will come back for the Pro version as Win 10 RTM Professional Retail
They are totally legit keys and on top of it they are Retail versions, my brother call MS to find out and he said they told him they were retail keys. Thanks goes out to SIW2 for this deal :-)
I'm only going by the links you posted so if there anything wrong it is in your links
Whatever there still something odd about that site. When I first read this thread I try to see what will happen if one does buy it and I clicked on Buy Now which at that time it show to be on Windows...
I read the posting and I'm not from the UK or have I ever heard of Dennis publishing, it's the reason why I'm asking
I'm also curious to know, any legit to this or this just another ebay type selling
Want to give us a little more than that, might be able to help others, how were you able to get 8.1 installed?
