I got the update and now my screensaver is actually working. I think you might need to reboot your pc a few times after the update to get it working. I honestly couldn't believe it..

No i'm only using a single monitor. I also updated my Windows 8.1 laptop to Windows 10 and are having no problems with that one. It might just be a Windows 7 to Windows10 issue..

Same problem here. Screensaver won't come on and monitor will not go off..
