I now tried step 8, restart and i get again that i have a temp profile. Also I'm still not able to push the start button.

Just tried this: In regedit I made a new key under Profilelist with the numbers I had here on a printscreen. On the right side of that panel I made the ProfileImagePath with C:\Users\Paula.
Restart...

I could find the files and made a backup, the account Paula is still there. There is no restore point.

The button for restart or shut off is not working...can only restart to hold the on/off button for 10 seconds...I have tried that but same problem

Type this on another computer because I can not open a webbrowser anymore.

I renamed it, remove both and restart, now i have a bigger problem...Windows starts up but i can't push the start button and the explorer icon is gone as well. I can start Regedit...and this one...

I have done that but one I could not delete because it is in use.also i could nog see any files or documents. I opened the register again saw the name which was nog right changed it in the good...
