Anytime I restart my PC I get hit with the

i recently did a DDU on GPU (after the freeze)

i have xmp on my ram and auto OC on my cpu and no OC on my gpu

so my pc randomly freezes just doing normal things and if i have a video or audio playing i can still hear the audio just fine even though my whole PC is frozen.

I am having these weird internet drops where it happens 1 - 2 times a day. I also have packet loss in game (I always see the icon of packet loss popping up in all the games I play)...
