It doesn't seem like that. Blizzard's application starts within a few seconds.

It's an old thread, but i think this is a problem with steam, as blizzard's application doesn't seem to have any of these problems.

I'm not sure, but im willing to try it out if it could solve the problem.

Yes, i have tried all of it. I'm not using a vpn. Also, the load time is pretty long compared to all my other programs.

Well, its not your fault. Steam support was less than helpful. They said it wasn't a problem with steam, even though lots of people have reported similar issues.

I have tried it already. Steam loads way too slow compared with all my other programs. Steam support has been pretty much useless.

I have tried using both the beta and stable version of steam. I get the same problems with both versions....

I have filled that out as well now. I have also disabled the gamebar and disabled apps from running in the background. I will get back with the results.

I just filled out my specifications in my profile, it should be okay now.
