Everything I can see in the BIOS looks good as far as temperatures and voltages. Again it runs Linux (x86 and x64 versions) for hours on end.
Does anyone have a clue about error code...
I ran 10 passes of Memtest86+ and several (i don't) remember of Memtest (which tests only the first 4GB).

Yes - I did that. I can see the cd Bootable PE Rescue Disk reading and hard drive is active and then the BSOD screen appears. It also happens with any bootable Win CD except XP.
